Make a purchase that is not what you expected? Not to worry – we can help! We will gladly accept many Basikfeet Store and BASIKFEET.com merchandise returns in original condition. 

Basikfeet monitors return activity using a third-party service and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt.

How do I return an item with a receipt?

Items purchased at Basikfeet are eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. Some rules and exceptions apply. Please see the sections below for more information.

What if I don’t have a receipt?

Without a receipt items purchased at Basikfeet are eligible for exchange or refund as Basikfeet store credit. The refund will be calculated at the item’s lowest selling price within the last 45 days and will be issued in the form of a merchandise return voucher. Some rules apply. Please see below.

Valid photo identification is required for all non-receipted returns or exchanges. Information from the ID will be retained in a secured company-wide database to monitor the number of un-receipted returns. Basikfeet accepts the following IDs for returns: U.S., Puerto Rican, Canadian and Mexican Driver’s License; U.S. State IDs; Puerto Rican IDs; Canadian Province IDs; U.S. Military IDs; U.S. Laser Visa; Passports; Matrícula Consular Card; Puerto Rican Voter Identification Card, and Mexican Voter Registration Card. Basikfeet reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a valid receipt.

How can I return my order?

At Basikfeet.com: – Ship your order to our Basikfeet warehouse. This is the quickest way to return merchandise and receive a refund or store credit, or you can call customer care at 1.612.361.5007.

By mail: – Complete the “returns” form on the invoice and return it with the item. If you do not have the invoice, please enclose your name, address, phone number, order number, and the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the BASIKFEET.com facility nearest you. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Credits can take up to 4 weeks based on shipping and processing time.

What can’t be returned?

Gift Cards, Monogrammed Items, Personalized Items, Altered Items, Body Jewelry, Face Masks, Ear Piercing Kits, Perishable Foods and Services.

What if I made the order on BASIKFEET.com?

Merchandise sold exclusively on BASIKFEET.com may have certain exclusions that apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, defective or there is a shipping error. Manufacturers’ warranties may apply in certain situations.

Items purchased at BASIKFEET.com are eligible for refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. Orders purchased with PayPal will be refunded as a check to the customer’s billing address.

How long does it take for a refund to appear on a Basikfeet Credit Card account?

Refunds to a Basikfeet Credit Card typically take 3- 4 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

How long does it take for a refund to appear on Bank Card or Debit Card?

For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your financial institution. It typically takes 7 – 10 days to post to your account from the day the merchandise was received.

Do you have a Price Match Guarantee?

Yes, we offer our price match guarantee to ensure that you always find value in your purchase. Within 14 days after your purchase, if you find a lower, currently advertised price on an identical item at a competitor, just contact Basikfeet with the ad and we’ll match that price and refund you the difference. It takes up to three weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
