1What is Basikfeet's return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 60 days of purchase for free. Exceptions apply. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

2How Long Does It Take For My Refund To Be Credited

Once we receive your mailed, we’ll process your credit immediately. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed. <br />Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

3How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit. <br />Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites.

4Will I be charged for multiple shipments?

If the merchandise ships in multiple shipments you will see multiple charges because there will be a separate charge for each individual shipment. The total of the charges for all the shipments will be equal to the total for the entire order.
